Elizabeth Reaser has a career as an American television, film and theatre actor. Her most well-known performances include The Twilight Saga (film), Greys Anatomy (series) and True Detective. Elizabeth was raised and born in Michigan, US. She was interested to become an actor when she was a kid. In the years following the graduation of high school she was accepted into the Juilliard School's drama department. She received a bachelor degree in Fine Arts. An Australian casting director approached models and asked them to come for auditions. She landed the role of "Kiki" in Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then, she's been in various roles, including Peter Pan or Aquamarine. Roman Empire was a Netflix original series in which she played Cleopatra. She also appeared in the cult-classic film, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. The Outpost In 2018, Jessica was selected by the world's look-up for the leading character, 'Talon' from The Outpost. The producers received a tape that showed her performing and another tape where she did MMA. The producers asked her to submit an MMA video of her swordfighting. That day after Jessica sent the video. Jessica knew that her role required weapons training. After reading the script she recorded her first lesson with an expert. Jonathan Glassner stated that they were amazed at Jessica's performance at the beginning of her training. The Outpost was her first big role in the US since her prior filmographies were from Australia. Jessica's mixed martial art as well as horseback riding ability and athleticism allow her to perform stunts embodying the character of a strong woman. She trained in mixed combat, boxing as well as muay Thai in an Australia-based gym. Jake Stormoen came across a wandering stray while filming Season 4. It turned out that the animal was part of an entire litter of puppies which were living in the film sets. Jessica took care of two puppies.
